1992 to 2006: Ernst & Young Chile. He was appointed as a partner of the firm in 2003.
2006 to 2010: Deputy Commissioner (Chief Counsel) of the Internal Revenue Service.
2010 to date: founding partner of Sapag & Gonzalez Abogados.
Current Teaching Activity
Law Professor of Tax Litigation, Accounting for lawyers and International taxation at the graduate programs in both Universidad de Chile and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez Law Schools. Formerly law professor of Universidad Catolica de Chile, Universidad del Desarrollo and Universidad de Santiago graduate programs.
Member of Chilean Bar association and the Chilean branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
